Long Service Awards

 

Bands can make an application at any time of year to the BANSW for badges to acknowledge the long service of members.

We can award badges after 10 years of unbroken registration with one band or 15 years as a person registered with the Band Association of NSW.

Long service awards are available for 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 years. The fee for these awards, payable by the nominating band, shall be $25 (incl. GST). The presentation of awards should be made at an annual function, auspicious occasion or meeting of that band to maintain their distinction.

 

Ten Year Badge

Ten years of continuous registration with the Band Association of NSW with one band. 

Note that some bands choose not to register all members every year, thus breaking the registration for some members. This issue is a matter for individual bands.

 

Fifteen to Seventy Year Badges

Fifteen to Seventy years of cumulative registration with the Band Association of NSW.
