OUR MISSION

To promote musical knowledge and fellowship within all bands in NSW, especially in community bands.

To coordinate banding activities and represent bands to protect their interests, both individually and collectively with other organisations and in other States.

To encourage, foster and develop community interest and appreciation of bands, band music and other related interests.

The BANSW has a proud history spanning 130 years.

The BANSW is the peak body representing community and school Brass and Concert Bands based in NSW/ACT.

Today our Association is more vital than ever and offers a growing range of opportunities, services and information for our members.
